Service records: When a watch is brought in for service, we create a written record associating the piece with the owner's contact details. This record is retained as part of the service documentation and is returned to you alongside the watch.

Website usage data: We may collect anonymised data about how our website is used through analytics tools. This data does not identify individuals. Cookie preferences are stored in your browser's local storage.

Retention periods: Contact enquiry data is held for 24 months from the date of the last communication. Workshop service records are held for 7 years in accordance with Malaysian business record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is anonymised and not subject to a fixed retention period.

We use the personal data you provide to respond to enquiries about our services, to arrange and carry out workshop services, and to communicate with you about the status of work on your watch.

We do not use your data for marketing communications unless you have separately requested to receive service reminders or updates. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
